I whipped up these rice cake snacks the other day and they absolutely hit the spot! So easy to put together you could probably separate ingredients into containers and meal prep them for the entire week, and the macros are to die for!
2 Lightly salted rice cakes
1/4 cup Heart Smart Italian Sauce, Prego
28g skim mozzarella cheese
Split sauce in half and place on top of rice cakes. Top with cheese and melt in microwave in 15 second increments.
